Industry Moves: OMG's Kenneth Berk Promoted
Becomes Director of Business Development

The Object Management Group today announced that Kenneth Berk has been promoted to the position of Director of Business Development.
In his new role, Ken will lead OMG's business development team in its management of OMG's strategic relations with the 500+ customer base, as well as manage membership retention, new business and special programs. Ken brings more than 25 years of experience in the development of innovative strategies for consumer and software products and their application to regulatory compliance and compliance testing. He will report directly to William Hoffman, president and COO of OMG.
"Ken is a results-oriented professional who brings tremendous experience, customer focus and strong, proven skills to our company," said William Hoffman, president and COO.
"In taking on this leadership position with OMG, I plan to build on the momentum that OMG has attained," said Ken Berk. "OMG's range of offerings and services are first-rate, which is a testament to the skilled team that the company has in place."
Ken received his BBA Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts and his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Also announced today, Nicole Glazen Rikkinen will become Vice President of Program Management. In her new role, Nicole will be responsible for meeting and workshop sponsorship sales and the development of Information Days. She will continue to report to William Hoffman, president and COO. She will be based in Seattle, Washington.
