David Ayoub is the CTO for the GEOINT Research Development & Technology Division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in McLean, Virginia. In this role he is responsible for driving the company’s GEOINT Research, Development & Technology vision, which continuously enhances innovation on behalf of SAIC’s customers. Prior to joining SAIC, he worked as a senior program manager for the Department of the Air Force’s Headquarters Pacific Air Force as the command, control, communications, computers and military intelligence systems (C4I) special programs officer providing robust and scalable C4I throughout the Pacific Rim to support the Warfighter.
